So she's "new" but sophisticated enough to ask for your LinkedIn account and won't take other experienced providers' references? I dunno... how many of the established, well-reviewed providers would take her reference? (Seriously, I don't know, but I can't believe she's got much credit as a newbie herself.) IMHO.... there are plenty of providers out there who don't ask for such personal information. Ask her for her Facebook account and see what she says.
