I haven't actually been with her, but I had setup an appointment with her that I had to cancel a couple months back.  I called her cell and was also able to reach her via email with prompt responses so I don't know why you can't reach her.  I called in the morning around 10, maybe that might help you.  Good luck, and let us know how it goes.
