Been there, done that.  Very eye appealing, a little higher price point.  She has had a number of "cosmetic" surgries that were very top notch. Not too much for conversation or personality.  great time, she also works for MC out of Florida and travel under the name of Holly Hyatt

She is very eye appealing and has a bit limited service menu.  based upon Local (Taylor, Jessica) and traveling talent, I feel there is a better options available.
