If you've made it all the way to Duluth, go across to Soup Town.  It's been many years but there used to be bars up and down Tower and if it looked like you had a job and a slight chance of future success, you had to be careful unlocking your car or the local gals wouldn't jump in.  Serious, it was like shooting fish in a barrel and it would surprise me if things changed much since.  Best season for the Soup is between late June and Mid Sept when they start building up those extra fat layers for the upcoming cold winter.
