There has been a lot of concern about leaks from providers. This is the third time we have had this noise in three years on this board. Of our providers, to my knowledge, nothing has come of it.
These redflags should be put in context with the Adult Friend Finder hack (excellent story attached) and other hacks (eg. that of the celeb nude selfies etc.)

Hackers or Hookers: who should we fear?
Few providers will risk jail or clients by loosing a name.
But hackers seek mega bucks with their big game.

Privacy? Its not ours. Its not here.
As one; there's a small chance that a provider will send me to hell.  
As part of many, Hackers or Hookers? Its the hacker cartel that I fear.

This hack occurred without personal information given to the web site. The people were identified by their IP addresses.

All of our computers, mobile phones, pads etc have IP addresses.
IP masking software is imperfect.

If Talon would be so kind to describe the practices that he always follows that allow him to believe that he has not leaked his IP address to BP, BP providers and any of the other sites he visits and providers/pimps he has emailed, I would love to hear how he does it.  

Otherwise, he should stop repeating, NEVER share personal information.

How many of us change our TER, P411 and hobby email passwords regularly? Are the passwords the same for any of them? Are you using best practices such as caps, numbers, non standard characters etc? My passwords are usually the name of the last provider I saw plus 123. I think it's time to change my password. Who shall I see

True enough. I use tor from my home PC and do not log on from my cell phone.  

However, I wonder how Mr. T who repeatedly brags that he NEVER gives out personal information handles his computers (work and home), cell phones, call back ads, BP replies, two call to destination message security.  
My guess is that his hobby life is as open as all the federal employees (see today's headline), Adult Friend Finder etc).  

So, Mr.T, how do you do it?

I will not try to take a poll of how many of the privynoids on here use VPN and Tor and encryption (e.g Hush with a password question to non-hushers) and anonymized burnable hobby phones but I see a lot of gmail, yahoo addresses, twitters, and "I do not accept blocked calls" here

And how many people drive around with a burner phone and their personal cell phone both turned on?  Since you can be geolocated within 3 feet by your phone its an easy matter to associate who the burner phone belongs to if you don't turn off your personal cell
