Estrella Reed was reviewed by ER handle SPORTT.   His review is a lie   He said that he had sex with her and that she is loose. I have seen her for many years and she is definitely not loose and she does not consent to sex. I told her about the review and she is very upset. She thinks it might be a guy that she blacklisted.

He did the same to Nikki and claimed BBFS with Mychelle.

I can not believe either of these reviews were allowed to be posted .
Once posted can not believe they have stayed up.
Without knowing anything about the two out of our area ladies would guess that those are also fake
It is getting to be time that the burden of proof that session did not happen or happen as stated should
should not fall solely on the provider.
This guy did not even try to write something that might be plausible .
I wonder what the moderators look at when they take hours to approve a review.
I guess it had enough juicy details

Even then there is no guarantee but someone has to report it to have a chance of it being removed.  I reported one for a different provider two days ago and am waiting to see what TER does.

TER requires a prompt complaint from the provider.  They rarely accept friend's comments on this kind of matter.  She could contact TER herself and seek help from some of the more experienced providers who work on this kind of problem.

I also sent problem reports to TER for Estrella and Nikki. I also sent a PM to the loser. No reply yet on either front. I have been a VIP on TER for several years and they had better take these reviews down. The reviews he posted are not only false, they are e hurtful. Without the providers and the contributes they got nothing. It is high time that they take a stand in these types of reviews.

... getting the reviews removed is tough, from what I've observed, unless there's evidence that the session never happened or evidence that the reviewer had a motive to write a fake review.

This kind of thing happens all the time, unfortunately.  It will continue unless there's a change made to the review system.  I hope the folks at TER come to realize that this kind of shit not only hurts providers, and also hobbyists (who benefit from accurate reviews), but TER itself since from what I've seen many providers have left TER over issues with fake reviews.

I am new to this board, but last month I tried posting a comment about a review made by another guy about a lady I had seen and reviewed.  His review was at least 80% "copy and paste" from my review.  My post never showed up, so I contacted TER to inquire why.  The TER response was they had to investigate information in my post. They said one of the reviews was pulled (not mine).  They went on to say because my post then had no value, my post remained unapproved.  They also went on to say that I should report such information via problem reports.  So live and learn I guess.

If the provider is not active on TER, she may not even know there is a problem until she starts getting clients looking for services she does not offer.  That pretty much leaves it to TER hobbyists to report such issues, even though the chances are slim at best TER will do anything.

... how profiles are created without the provider knowing about it.

But that's a different topic.

The reviews in question have been removed. One for the good guys.

I stand by my hard earned opinion.

TER is caught between providers and clients, and tends to lean towards the one who has the most time/cred earned with the board.  Newcomers --whether client or provider--aren't always going to get a fair shake with honestly reported problems.  I'm not sure they can be expected to have a crystal ball telling the truth when it's one side against the other.  That sucks and leaves hard feelings when the one that's truthful about it doesn't get the decision to fall on their side of the story.

I do think there ought to be some clearer policy regarding services provided that aren't typically offered, or never offered.  I think most know sometimes the rules get relaxed for some hobbyists but the providers desires should always rule the decision in that case, IMO.
