I'm normally just a lurker, but nobody has responded to this so I figured I'd help out.

This is my go-to and she's real.  Email only, which is fine with me.  Location is very convenient if you work downtown.  Not DIY, but no BJ.  Very good at what she does and I will continue to see her.  If you like pretty faces then this is one you definitely need to check out.

The pics are real, but last time I saw her she cut all of her hair off.  Looks great, but not what's in the pic in the ad and not for everyone.
