He took in 16 & 17 year old runaways from residential treatment facilities and then sold them for sex for $100.       The girls were already having a rough time if they are in treatment facility.   That is a special kind of fucktard to do that!!!!      after he was caught, he worked with LE and others were charged.

I think anyone who would prey on troubled teenager wouldn't have much difficulty with being a rat from a moral standpoint.  People who do that stuff are generally cowards as it is.
