Tempted to be snarky, but I won't.  TER ID173987.  Tons of glowing reviews.  Spends most of her time in Vegas these days.  Worth every penny as long as you are not expecting a full menu. PM me if you want more info.

I e-mailed her, and she says she's not taking any new clients now.  And, apparently she's moved to Vegas and only comes to the Twin Cities a couple of times a year.
