I have tried to follow all of the advice I find here. I find most reviews are for message providers and escorts out of my price range. Please do not tell me "you get what you pay for," I get that. But I also have a budget and have been trying to stay at or under the $200 mark. Thus, most women (BP generally) are not reviewed, nor are others it seems that offer what I seek (kissing and...). I DO want to limit my legal dangers and am looking for HELPFUL suggestions or if you can messege me and send me in the direction of a provider I would be thankful.

There are a lot of quality sensual massage providers at the $160 point. Search the reviews at Escort = No, Massage = yes, and look for the higher scored ladies.

I can never resist a thread where several guys assert that good service can not be found for reasonable rates.  That concept is just plain nonsense.  There are many women, well reviewed with long histories that will see you for $200 and probably far less.  I can think of several who offer kissing and other things you may seek, and they charge LESS  than $200 for an hour.  Its pretty simple to read the reviews, check prices listed on TER, confirm with the provider, and pick out a few that sound good to you.  If you just have it in your head, that you will never find quality in your price range, and you listen to the naysayers, then you probably won't find what you are looking for.  But, there are dozens and dozens of good looking, service oriented, reasonably priced women listed on various ad pages.  

But, if you are concerned about your budget (that's a good thing) why not pick out a few women, try them for their half hour rate (if they have one), and if you like what you get, go back for a long session another day.  I have had many $100/ half hour ladies, give me more pleasure in that half hour, than a few $300/hour woman have in the hour.  

But, you need to do your homework.  Read the reviews, check multiple ads, communicate carefully, but completely, and you will find more than you can handle in your price range.  

I won't give you any suggestions, because that wouldn't be discreet.  But, there are hundreds of reviews you can choose from to find something fun and affordable.

He's 100% right on the money.  There are quality providers in all the price ranges and advertising on all the sites but it's up to you to do the research necessary to find the right provider for you.  Some guys hobby to spend a pile on one date and some hobby to spend less and see a variety of providers.  Neither method is better than the other, it's up to personal preference and what the individual is looking to experience in the hobby.  A word of advice though...take a look at yourself and what you are after.  Seems to me from reading your reviews that you are after affection (kissing, cuddling, etc) and not just the release.  You aren't going to find that with every provider.  What you experience in an appointment is always going to be determined by how you act with the provider.  If you come off like a creep (and I'm not saying you do) you aren't going to get far no matter what donation you drop.  Best of luck figuring it all out and most of all stay safe

Okay first I think you tried to give honest reviews and what you have for a score is along the lines of others.  Sure maybe sound a little harsh but no one likes to see false advertising.

So without any idea of your type I think it is obvious you prefer the GFE.  I have no idea how important intercourse is for you.  Oh course for an hour with a lady that will be a great service provider and your type you might have to try occasionally non FS providers.

Now I searched quickly for reviews over 10, cost over =200 and overall rating above 8 with sex = Y.  As expected yes this scenario did not exists for a hour session.  So those that have high rated reviews are charging over $200.  No surprises there.  This does open up by dropping down to just 7 in overall rating.  I think the chances of you thinking the girl is amazing and service is amazing is way lower at the 200 range if you are looking for FS.  This just means you need to research to increase your chances.

Do your research. It appears you are LE adverse.  More review less of a concern.  More reliable I think the more reviews.  You gamble a little the payoff could be great.  EX 200 reviews at a overall 5, probably a 5 but you know you are getting a 5.  With a rating of 9 on same 200 reviews probably a great provider. 2 reviews and a 5 - one being a 9 the other being 3 you might find this is an 9. Of course make sure the higher rated reviewer has a few reviews.  So likely to find a gem in the $200 rate with fewer reviews.  Might want to pick a number that makes you feel safe in regard to LE while searching.  If you do not think a 7 is what you are looking for in looks or service I would probably not look at those with a lower rating over a certain number of reviews also.

 I guess in my case that is why I prefer paying a little more to save on researching, to have no fear of LE, and to increase the changes that the service and looks will be to my liking.  I feel confident looking at the 6 + pages I returned on TER that you will have sucess at the $200 rate, but you will have to do your research use your big head not your little in most cases and be prepared for some disappointments as probability is higher at this rate that you will run into a few disappointments.  It might not be the SP even normally but maybe they do work when not motivated and that is why they get a 3 for every 2-4 8's.  I would look at it like restaurants.  I have had great food at some great prices.  I have had horrible food at great prices.  Fast food is always crappy.  If I want a great steak and service for an important dinner I should be willing to pay a premium for the well rated and known steak house.  If I want to take a chance on having great steak and service I can probably save a few dollars.  If I am looking for just great chicken, I really do not have to be at a high priced steak house and probably will find it at several restaurants just not Mcdonalds.

Learned much in one day. My expectations going in were too high.  Research is not just reading what people write but filling in the page to find what I am seeking.  Mix it up with the amount of time (half/whole) to allow me to see solid providers within my budget. Splurge on occasion, because it is generally worth it,  and be sure to think about both parties when writing any reviews. All good. Thank you all for you helping me to clarify and better control the outcome of my experiences. I will say that it is easy to be overwhelmed by the volume of adds out there and wonder what you might be missing. Reality is not missing anything if you search correctly and control your expectations. All good here!

I do not have enough reviews to be considered 'established' so I currently have to (I don't have to do anything) am lowering my rates.

After that you need to spend the time not just reading the reviews but also considering what you want most, particularly from a quantity vs quality standpoint.  Also remember to look at the other reviews any given reviewer has written; if you can find one or more reviewers who have tastes similar to your own that should point you towards providers would enjoy more.
