In other cities rates are even higher.  A free market at work.

I recently saw a regular a few weeks back and I had always seen her for 350. She is now around 500 because she said during the pandemic all these new ladies showed up charging 500-600 which was true.  She is better than these newbies so she gave it a shot and hasn't struggled one bit.
  I also saw a lady May 2021 and she was always 250 or so. Found out in the fall she is now around 400. She has been around for many many years and has quite the following. She is close to 55-60 years old but I guess that doesn't really matter in this game. I remember 5-6 years ago as ladies got older they would lower there rates - not anymore.

Its surprising to see so many posts on Tryst with around 500 the average price. Even for average looking girls I wouldn't pay 300. With inflation and all other expenses rising, and stimulus money drying up, I think it will decrease eventually.

As we have learned, many of ME groups do not treat there employees well.  Hence the current trend of many of the well established ME providers going independent.

Now, as I have been told, out of that $180 rate the house takes $100.  True or not I don’t really know.

Their real money comes from tips and upgrades.  How many reviews of these young women do you read the line when a guy wants more…”you will take care of me, right?” Without an actual upgrade amount specified.

I wonder how many really did get taken care of money-wise?

Then, when they started asking more for upgrades this board had a fit.  Just re-search posts on upgrades and upcharges.  Mongers were outraged.  Many thought the $180 rate should include full service, not knowing the house takes more than half that rate.

Every ME girl that I saw I put $240 in the envelope, let them know I put in some extra and was never up charged for a BBBJ.  Then I would tip $40-$80.  So, basically was paying $300.  

Now, let’s count the posts of dudes that 86’d from one of the ME groups or non-responsiveness.  A lot of butt hurt bro’s pissed and moaned about this one.  Has to be over 50+posts over the last 2 years.  Why so many bummed dudes?  Simple, they were losing the best deal this hobby had to offer, at the time.  In the early days of ME there was no up charging for full service, The owners would tell the girls to make sure and take care of them.  I’ve heard that several times from different providers.  This is specific to one of the ME groups.  As I said we all got spoiled.

Many of those providers never knew what happened to many of their regulars and why they  were not seeing them anymore.  Even though they weren’t fully booked, only getting 1-2 appointments a day.  Strange business model.

2013-2015 I saw Melissa Kordero, a FS provider who offered 1 hr session French lessons $200.  Her FS rate was $400.  We had a regular Sunday morning session 2 or three times a month.  Mel is my ATF oral artist.  (Read my review). That was almost 10 years ago, so BBBJ is now $300, not out of line in my opinion.

Your expectations of paying $400 to get your socks knocked off, is 1000% provider dependent.  That’s why we read reviews…duh.  I did 90 minutes last Friday for $500 with newly independent provider formally off ME.  She didn’t knock my socks off, she fucked and sucked my brains out.  I was left shaking, stuttering and completely spent.  Worth every penny.

IMHO, few work to get the greatest possible income.  

Most work to get some reasonable target income with the least possible effort and risk and with the nicest experience.

A $400 client decreases the work and risk to get to target income compared to a $300.  
   I have no idea if a $400 client is less likely to whine or be a jerk than a $300 client.  That would be an interesting thread.

It is definitely a business.  The differences are some are better at their jobs then others when it comes to customer satisfaction and creating more regulars.  She barely advertises anymore, had a great bunch of regulars that got 86’d off of one of the ME groups.  Now she’s available to see them and they are lining up.

The last point you make about a better clientele versus a $300 fee to a $400 fee, is something I discuss with the her. For her it was going from $180 rate to a $400 rate and not having up-charges.

This has made the biggest difference as far as dealing with cheapskates, negotiator’s and guys pushing “what will you charge for just a blowjob?”  You are paying for her time and not buying individual services.  She provides a great GFE experience where all the acronyms are available other than anal and BB, (that I know of).

She is smoking hot, very skilled and total pleaser. Which also solidifies her rate is extremely fair and at a good price point, for her.  Her $500 for 90 minutes, hourly rate works out to $333 an hour.  As with most providers they prefer longer sessions and less of them.  

It works well for the provider who doesn't want or isn't equipped to do admin, screen, or rent a place. She walks in to a pre-arranged schedule of 3 to 4 appointments back to back, and a price structure that still allows her to walk away with  $400-$1,200 for a 5 hour day. For newbies without skills or knowledge that's proving to be an irresistibly good deal.  Moreover -- and this is not insignificant -- because the appointment is ostensibly for massage, she can set her menu and boundaries differently for each client. Couple that with the popularity of the timely advertising on MNE and it's a very productive model, even if it does put the provider at the scheduler's mercy. Oh and let's not forget the girls usually don't work alone. That also is no small deal.
On the hobbyist's side, I have to say, the convenience is unparalleled. Responses to inquiries often come within a matter of minutes. No screening (can't remember when I first screened or how it went) -- as opposed to days of back and forth,  jumping through hoops to achieve an experience that is only occasionally better than that of MNE.
Of course there are downsides. Back-to-backing. The time wasting routines; and clock watching of course. But the biggest one for me? No way to establish the other side of regular meetings with the associated benefits. No direct communication. (No need to tell me of the ways you've found to subvert that.) She has no idea it's you until you walk through the door.  
So she might not have the strappy heels, or her Goldy the Gopher costume with her, or be already wet because she's anticipating you tantalizingly removing the toothy mask from her pretty face...  

Nevertheless, out of 8 appointments in recent weeks, half were via MNE schedulers. They definitely have my continuing attention.

Many valid points, Not denying the convenience that you mentioned in the ease of booking, IF you have not been 86’d.  

The lack of administrative work and screening and renting a place are there selling points to the ladies and you were right about the camaraderie does playing important role especially for newbies.  As we have seen there almost all day parties at times.  The convenience for the providers as you stated is they just have to show up.

At some point if you have decided that paying half your base rate to the house is not worth the amount of clients you are seeing.  It is pretty simple math to figure out what it would cost you to be independent, as long as you’re willing to do the administrative work and the screening.  And as you know, three providers going independent sharing one one Apartment is a pretty cost-effective way to manage your overhead with a fairly static monthly figure.  Variables being utilities.  

To Make it simple let’s consider $2000 rent and $400 in utilities.  Divided by three providers is 800 bucks a month.  At a $400 hourly rate that’s two sessions a month to cover your expenses.  Your $400 to $1200 a day, is that after they pay the house?  Those figures are realistic I’m just curious if that’s inclusive within those numbers.

Let’s not forget the advantage of being able to write your own schedule, on when and how many days you work and how many clients you see.

I will disagree with you on this,  “She has no idea it's you until you walk through the door.”  My regulars knew when I was coming and I could make apparel requests through the scheduler.

One group use Google calendars and they could look at the schedule and see if it was somebody they had seen before or if it was a newbie.  One of the providers that I saw quite regularly could look on her phone and tell me how many times I had visited her.  These were not the newbie girls these were the more established.

Granted I’m guessing it varies between groups.

You have vastly more experience than I do.  I am strictly speaking to what I’ve been told and what I have seen.

So, congratulations for being one of the guys for whom MNE is working well.  Enjoy it while you can.  But for a lot of guys, MNE has never worked or they got booted off the approved list for unknown reasons.  So, there's no convenience for that group.

We have information from providers who left to become independent that they were often getting only 1-2 appointments a day, fewer than they wanted, and that they would notice that regulars abruptly stopped seeing them and they have only found out since leaving that those regulars simply couldn't get scheduled with them anymore because of the MNE schedulers.

So, it works very well for some people but not so well, if at all, for others.

Supply and Demand. Pretty simple economic principal. There is a lot  of demand for hot 21-24 year olds who will upgrade to various levels for the right $$. One of the ME groups that takes >50% of the base hourly rates also provides the majority of the new hot 21-24 year old providers.  Some of them learn the ropes and go Indy which is financially better for them. The ME group reloads with more hot 21-24 year old ladies.  Seems like a win-win to me.

In my experience, the only thing that has evolved are the expectations and which form of labor takes precedence. From my POV,  as the rate increased, client expectations shifted and evolved. Ex: it went from expectations that were more service oriented (emphasis on the physical labor/side of GFE: how many pops can I get in "x" amount of time) to expectations that were more experience oriented (emphasis on the emotional labor/side of GFE, physical is still as important and a priority but so is everything else)  

 
Then again, my marketing has shifted considerably over time so there are a lot of variables that could contribute to this change.
