My intro e-mail states VERY plainly "I do not discuss explicit details [of my sessions] online" yet I'm constantly asked "do you get naked", "can I kiss you" etc. etc.  

Do people *not* know that it's illegal for massage providers to be nude during massages? Do people not know that even responding "yes" to questions like that can put get put us in legal jeopardy? I don't think I'm being overly cautious by refusing to give out this information, especially when plenty of reviews reveal what these folks want to know, I also am not naturally curt or bitchy. I just want parties protected, ya know

Most likely, it's the later. There are a lot guys that are clueless, especially when first starting out. That being said, in order protect both parties, you have to assume that it's the former and keep to your convictions about what you are willing to discuss before, during and after. You sound a little frustrated. Don't let the uninformed get you down!

Yes to all of this Including when someone has rates all over their ads and website but people still ask "How much?". They're clueless about etiquette.  

Communication and questions that make you feel uneasy is all the screening information you need from the gentleman. If you are feeling generous you could refer him to the TER newbie board and self-help center in the hopes that he will get a clue  how to make things go smoothly for himself and anyone he contacts in the future.

Cops are not likely IMHO to behave so cluelessly.  If they don't know your location then they can't make an arrest.

some of it is hard to understand.  I listed a few things a few weeks ago to help the uninformed but I am afraid most just don't think.

1. Ladies if you do not have a review try to hint best you can on price and general location.

2. once you have a review go generic but give some idea where you are.  it will save you time wasted.  i.e. south MPLS or NW sub's.  I need to know if I can get there is less that an hour.

3.  Don't ask "are you affiliated with ..." you are giving away that you intend to violate.  The blue meanies are MORE likely to call and they will lie. "By calling me you agree..." is the same.

4.   a good idea would be "this add is not an offer for prostitution" let you reviews fill in the blanks.  and let LE know you are too smart to get pinched, they will look up the girls who say "by calling me..."  
4. " if it is not me it is free"; Come on...  

5. my personal favorite: my picks are 1000% me.  so if it is 10,000% is that more???  

6. If the guy is so negligent that the questions could put you at risk end the call. Period

7. if the guy is unwilling to provide any reference end the call.

Gents, when you ask a lady her rates over email or text and she asks you to kindly refer to her ad (where you found her info in the first place), please just do that and do not put up an argument about it. The etiquette may be both for safety/comfort and a matter of respecting the provider's request for discretion. Showing respect for our preferences in the process will make for such a mutually more enjoyable meeting, it is well worth it! You scratch mine, I scratch yours... so to speak.
