Does anyone have any info on adult personal sites (like Adult Friend Finder, IWantU, SexSearch, and SexyAds). You can register for free, then they send you notices of all these hot women that are interestd in you, but you can't contact them unless you upgrade your membership at $20 per month, or so. Has anyone had any experience, results. Is it a ripoff? Any advice/info would be appreciated. PM me. Thanks

Randy

These are about as bogus as a $3 bill.  Better to spend your $$ elsewhere. Some may be better than others, but in my opinion and knowledge stay away form AFF.

I'm doing the AFF for the second month and I'm talking to 2 women, one I'm meeting for drinks this week.  I have no idea if it will pan out, but you do have to pay for the membership and the ability to have standard members contact you.

I spent some money on some of these sites.  Never was able to get anywhere.

Would love to hear about some positive experiences or pointers.

Okay I spent about 3 months membership on AFF and found that most of the good looking ladies were advertising for either their website or webcam.  Also being married was a definite downer in trying to contact some of the other women.  Never did hookup.

Tried U-DATE for 3 months.  Met one nice lady but she lived too far away.  Again being married was a downer. Aso met another lady that lived near and we had lunch a few times.  Again being married she did not want to play around.

Also tried Lavalife:  They have an encounters section but again much like AFF, either an ad or disinterest.

I would agree with the others if you are looking for a quick score forget it.  Waste too much time and money. If you are single and looking to meet new people, I believe you can if you weed out the fakes.   (Try Udate and Lavalife first)

Hope that info helps!!

I only have experience with AFF.  Most of the 'women' on there are just advertisements trying to get your email address, and then you get hit with spam and other crap trying to get you into other adult sites.  I was able to chat with some real women off of there, and I DID get to meet a few of them (received oral a few times), but most of the women have the same baggage that WE have.

Is it a ripoff?  If you're persistent, no.  You need to be able to tell the real from the fake.  For you married guys out there, it can be difficult to hook up, as most of the women that I chatted with on there didn't want to mess with you.  Some on there ONLY want to hook up with married men...go figure.

There are better ways to spend your money than on there.  With AFF, you're spending $20 a month throwing darts at a board and hoping for a bullseye.  With escorts, it's a bullseye most of the time and a better ROI on your money.

My $.02 worth...

...and now, back into lurk mode.

I had a paid membership on AFF for about 4 months and just recently decided to lapse into a Standard Membership (free).

I've met 3 women face-to-face, one was a provider who only advertized on AFF.   She was good, but lived too far away to meet on a consistant basis.  Another one was a bartender, but had no interest with a married guy, and we didn't hit it off anyway.  I'll have to get back to you on the third woman, we met once, hit it off and we're tenatively planning to meet again soon, but I doubt much action for a little while.

I however will say the email address I gave out only on AFF has collected more spam than actual email from people.  About 50% of the "women" on the website are not real people, just email address collectors.  25% are "old" profiles that have never been deleted (last visit >30 days).  About 5% are providers, but they frequently get their accounts frozen by AFF (so they're constantly changing names).  The remainder are real people, but the M to F ratio is about 20 to 1, so good luck.

Oh, and a lot of the spam is "Hi!  I'm sorry I didn't get back to you on AFF.  You seem like a cool guy and I'd like to meet you sometime.  I just set-up my web page and I have contact info on the 3rd page.  (BLAH BLAH BLAH)."  You get to page 2 and some adult verification service wants your username and password (OR you can just sign up for $1!)
