How long do you typically book in advance?  

usually between E and F

I try to book several days in advance, but every once in a while I try to book something spontaneously. The spontaneous attempts often fail, but when they succeed they are fun.

I will do anything from A-F, depending on whether I'm seeing someone new, or seeing an ATF that I have established a comfort level with.  If I have a special request, F will of course work better.  It all just depends on the lady and the situation.

Of course, it doesn't always work given schedules and the necessity of screening.
