This will unlikely motivate me to do so, but I'd really like to just know your thoughts (ladies, too).

I like to see new pics all the time. I am a very visual person and if all I ever see is the same pics all the time it gets boring. Does that mean full on professional photos every month? No but some personal phone pics are nice to see changing all the time. I would think professional pics maybe once a year... IMO anyway.
I too like to see new pics all the time. But is that really needed? Probably not. To be practical I would say changing them a couple times a year would be enough. It just helps to renew interest in your ad and might prompt somebody to schedule with you rather than with someone who just posted a different, new ad they might have just looked at.

Completely agree. Nothing is worse as a client than visiting a provider, and being completely blind-sided by old or out-dated pictures. Time-frame to change out pics., I'd say, at earliest every 6 months to maybe every couple years? They don't have to be professional, but at least representative of you.
Every year or two, more often if you drastically change your look. Fun and sassy selfies whenever feel frisky and want to tease us a little.
I put it off and put it of. I'm so critical of my photos which, I think, comes from working in the adult modeling/film industry. This time I had a great photographer who worked with me (pm me for his info if you would like) who offered feedback and support. Not to much of an ordeal this time.
I like twitter to post candid shots, I think they are much more realistic than any professional pictures.
Unfortunately, many have been burned by providers, so it' best to update them as much as possible
I think what you did today on the ad board was great !
Would rather see personally taken photos then ones that have been professionally done.
With you natural beauty it probably doesn't matter.
... fairly represent the provider's current appearance. If her appearance hasn't significantly changed, there's no need to update the pics. Although seeing different pics every so often is a treat. 
Trinity your pictures are great and more important they are accurate. That means not just really you but the girl in the photo is the one who answers the door. Men are looking for "my type" Pictures should a good representation of how you look now. It is advertising and the best advertising shows what a customer/client to expect. For me at least, a picture that shows a ladies face so clearly that she could be recognized by the LE in the parking lot is unnecessary and a risk to you. a picture of a butt and only a butt is not helpful.
Speaking for my self and I think most: show us the truth even if that is a picture that could be you because it is so close a resemblance. Don't take unnecessary risk. For those who do this, do not show multiple pictures of a girl who does not resemble you or your body. A full body shot from the side or from behind is fine. If it is you then updating the pictures is not necessary.

I say yearly at minimum or when you change your looks drasticlly like cutting your hair or even changing the color to something compleatly different.
And if you're a gal who is not using your own pics then very clearly say so. Nothing worse then going in and seeing your hair color and length are different and you're 50 lbs heavier. To me that is false advertising. Be up front and tell us it's not you in the pics but is really close to what you look like. I don't have an issue if you don't want your pics online, I understand it but make sure what you are using is really close to what you look like.
for you not that much - after seeing you in person your image is burned into my memory!
Plus selfie's more often as you feel like it. Even if your appearance hasn't changed, keeping new pics coming out is something guys like plus it eliminates anyone wondering why someone is still using the same set of 5 year old pics.
.....and any significant body-altering surgery.
I have seen where they should be done every six months but honestly if you have not gained or lost weight or changed hair color there should not be much a need to change anything less than two or three years.
Hair color change might be a reason to do so sooner.
The only other reason I can see is to get little variety in the pictures but for those who know you it makes no difference and for the new friend they get what they see
been burned twice by gals who used old pictures and put on quite a bit of weight. The pictures are the first thing I see and that decides to start my search process.

Crotch shots turn me off. Face shots are not needed.
I search and decide on the basis of overall descriptors (e.g. age) menu and average in the reviews as what motivates me.
So much is chemistry anyway.

Your image is so burned into my mind that no photos are required. But really, any new pics are fun and exciting! Pics don't really show how fun you are but hey a smirk goes a long way too. My vote is pics and more pics. We are visual people and you are visually pleasing to look at! I think I'd better see you next week so I can see all the pictures that I've already seen and some new ones too!!.
I really appreciate it. I just have 'new pics' WAY down on my priority list. I'm a touch squishier, but that's what phone pics are for :P
I'd rather slouch and stick a belly out than set up professional pics again... Lol
