I'm assuming that new reviews on delisted providers get rejected.

I assume that this procedure depends on the contact information used at the time of delisting in order to determine that the review should not be approved.

Therefore, if ALL of a provider's contact information (website, email, phone) in the new review is different, the person approving the review would not be likely to be aware of the delisting.

For voluntarily delisted providers to whom these conditions apply: Do they need to periodically check to see if any new reviews have appeared despite their voluntary delisting?

If a provider asks to be delisted, she can also ask to come back, although it's not guaranteed.  TER is pretty good about allowing this.  I helped a provider delist and come back a while ago. The best way to do it is to be up front.  If TER finds out after the fact, then it becomes trickier.  Deception is not tolerated.

If a banned provider comes back under a different name, one it is discovered, she will be banned under her new name as well.

Well, I SPECIFICALLY request clients do NOT review me since delisting myself YEARS AGO
yet it appears I have a new one, I appreciate someone took the time ut of their life to show
how much they liked seeing me but, this site is out of control & that should never happen.
For the record gents.......
I'M NOT LATINA!!!!!!!!!!!! no offense to anyone of that background, but I'd appreciate it
If you're gonna do a review ASK ME first.
Also ASK ME WTF ethnic background I am before
putting it out there, that actually offends me very much.

I'm actually Filipino & white & I'm not a CMT, I'm a LMT Two DIFFERENT things.

In the circumstances that I was referring to, there would be no name change. It amounts to an involuntary re-listing, with no notice to the provider.

She should always look for new reviews under her delisted name, to protect herself from the very reason she voluntarily delisted herself.  It would also be very adventagious to TELL all her new clients NOT to review her under her old name anywhere or at all if she is using new info.

When we see it, it should be reported.  TER will take it down

I dont mind being re-listed that's not the problem.
it's that they didnt ASK me first or verify vital info such as MY ETHNIC BACKGROUND
they just put it up there and there it is. :/ Not to mention the new onslaught of people who obviously dont know how to communicate properly contacting me via email .
I was happy being UTR . oh well

I have not heard of TER ever contacting a provider to check on something; as far as I know you or a client has to file a problem report to get it fixed and even then it doesn't always happen without trying several times.
