Why does no one ever say "Don't treat her well" or "Don't treat her with respect?"  Or is that the default attitude one should take?

even the majority attitude. But many providers are treated very poorly by many hobbyists. And vice versa. Many of us have many "issues" that have been handed down to us regarding human sexuality. These implicit ideas often lead to us treating one another rather poorly.

While it may be puzzling, reminding people to treat each other well, and respectfully, is never a bad idea, I think. You just can't have too much of good treatment in the world.

As males we have a tendency to gather possesions. By saying for someone else to treat someone well, seems like they are allowing the release of this person. Like telling the boyfriend of an ex-wife to treat her well.

The whole "treat her well" thing is harmless enough; I doubt it changes anyone's mind about how they treat her when they do see her though.

Ditto to what vorlon said.  Surprised it took someone so long to post my initial reaction to the OP.  If you had a bad experience then say "don't see her" not "go see her and treat her like shit".

When someone says that, it means they were careful to mind the rules and be a gentleman.  And during the session, perhaps they received services they were not expecting.  Or the session was particularly hot.  That's what it means.  The provider exceeded expectations on some level, and the reviewer perceives the added attention as the "thank you" for being courteous.

It lets the reviewer be a White Knight.
