Here's a very nice PM I received after I announced my retirement.  For some unknown reason the moderator didn't approve it when the person tried to post it to the board.

 I respect you more than you know for what your doing for the greater good of family! I send along with you this: Your taste in women is impressive enough, but your ability to see beneath the layer of physical beauty to the heart and soul - THAT is impressive beyond words!  I hope with all my heart that you succeed at this, you will thank yourself someday in your later years, when your old and grey, your wife at your side, your children grown, healthy and with children of their own, looking into the faces of your grandchildren - knowing that your decisions so long ago to focus on your family, has given them life, and abundantly so. Also, you will glad for the time you invested in YOUR children, instead of the foolish chasing after the wind this hobby/obsession is! Because of YOU in their life, they won't stumble in their teen years, be left with little or no support system as they leave highschool and the cover of your home - Finding themselves struggling in life, tempted to sell their body to some sick bastard like me, just to pay the rent...........

-- If you should fail, and find yourself back here, no judgment will you find in me, having tryed and failed myself more times than I can count -- But I will remind you of the greater calling that awaits you at home!
