You're kidding, right?  They have his PDA tracks from the video of him texting right after the murder to get money to pay for his wedding and honeymoon,  and his internet IP address from the CL hits.   They match the same hits from the Rhode Island crime.  The odds of that.  Zero in a frickin bazillion.
