While it is nice to see an new agency come into MPLS, I will say as I am sure with a large number of guys here that I am VERY disappointed at the begining price point.

While not wanting to get into w whole huge price debate issue, I will say that if you want to charge a well above price point, you had better make sure that lady is smokin HOT and has excellent consistant reviews.

None of which can be said about the 2 ladies listed.  It takes more than curb appeal to justifiy that pricing.  I hope you have a good book to read to pass the time

I will say it as well…Great to see a new agency in town! But I am going to voice my concern just as MDL has... I am very disappointed by the price point!! I have a very hard time supporting anyone over the $$$1/2 and that is a reach sometimes! I will go there when there are reasons!!  I will say I don't have as much of an issue with agencies that come into town just because they do incur added expenses to have a gal here.
But with the local market rate being $$1/2 to $$$ I think touch of class is pushing the envelope and it is a sad thing to see. If you are going to charge well above market rate there better be good reason for it! And I am not seeing it here? We have Paris that used to be at $$$1/2 and some unproven gal named Bella… Where are the reviews to back this higher rate I don’t see them! What’s next???… So for all you guys that have given me a hard time for supporting the gals in what they charge…YES…even I have my limits!!! And I think Paris is a Hottie…. Sooooo sometimes we just have to say No!!  To prove a point!!...I guess this is one of those times that I will not agree with the statement of… If you can’t Pay then don’t Play!! Boy what bunch of sour grapes this is!!!

Best of luck at that price point.  My favorite, current, providers are at the $$ price point.  Some of my favorites (some have retired) are at the $$1/2 price point, and I like a few at $$$.  I haven't yet met a provider at the $$$1/2 price point and above who was worth it.  At $$$$ they better be smoking hot and serve multiple cups at will .  Unfortunately your offerings aren't in that category.  This isn't Phoenix, you need to adjust.

I'll add my voice to the concern about this new agency.

I see local ladies and the price point is much lower than you are asking.

I'll stay with the local ladies that have great reviews and much lower prices.

I also would like to welcome you to Mpls.  From what I have heard of Paris, she is a really GEM. That said, however, your rates are really just too high for this area. For example, just a few weeks ago I thought it was $$$ 1/2, which, I also feel is on the upper end.

I feel, and I am sure many here would agree, that $$$ is the right rate for a quality GFE.  At that rate you can find many a wonderful travellers and numerous hot local ladies.  Even at $$ 1/2 you can find a few great ladies.  

My advise is to rethink your marketing strategy. Better to be busy at $$$ all day than waiting by the phone at $$$$.

Perhaps the reason for the high price point is because it looks like mntouchofclass is owned by Mystique. If you look at Bella's or Paris's pics, you will notice that the browser window will say "Welcome to Mystique USA-Touring Escorts". So I suppose Mystique felt if MN guys were willing to shell out $$$$ for it's touring ladies, we would be willing to shell that out for someone local. Hey MDL, you are usually in the loop with this type of stuff. Any thoughts MDL on the mntouchofclass/Mystique connection?

really that is as far as it goes...Remember Paris is a Azmystique gal after all. No one is hiding that... If you have noticed Azmystique posted Phoenix rates are $$$$ true… but I think THEY understand the market here!! After all Mystique brings the gals in at a far market rate of $$$.50 yes a little above the average but I will say for good reason. I will accept the higher rate from AZ with all the travel that is involved and Everyone IMHO opinion has been worth it!! But this rate of $$$$ that mntouchofclass is pushing is in no way a reflection on Azmystique.

took all of your suggestions to heart and have asked our webmaster to ajust our price points accordingly.we have lowered our rate to 375 however we will give frequent flyers additional discounts.
our desire is to bring you quality ladies at a fair price but please understand that many will be traveling into minneapolis from around the USA and so additional costs will be incurred.

Miami Companions and others regulary bring girls in here for around 300... as does your former boss.

Has the Twin Cities suddenly become a significantly wealthier part of the nation?  It sure isn't showing up in my bank account (particularly with the price of gas lately!).  Charge what you will; it's your decision but at a certain point I think it becomes excessive and this is past that point.  I have no problems rewarding the ladies for what they do but it's not like I just wander into the back yard and pluck a few bills off the tree when I am in the mood to play.  For a while now it seems to me we've had a stable price structure here where there's been a good correlation between what a lady offers and what she asks for.  By coming in and asking for quite a bit more than the top local ladies who have excellent proven track records, well I can't help but feel this has the potential to upset the whole applcart.  Everyone should think carefully about how best to proceed here; I'd hate to see another round of price escalation that turns into a "killing the goose that lays the golden eggs" scenario.

Paris, Please understand that my comments are not meant to hurt your feelings. However, my understanding is that you have relocated to the Twin Cities. As it has been put so correctly by all of the others in this thread. We are willing to pay for top notch travelers in excess of what the locals charge.  However, how can you think that reducing your rates by $25.00 is anything but a slap in the face of each of us in the local market. We tell you that $$$$ and $$$ 1/2 are not realistic for a local provider and you insult us with $$$ 3/4. I wish you luck on your new venture. I think it was said best in an earlier post...that at $$$ you could be busy or reading a lot of books at your prices.

Good start, now set it at $$$ and you'll be in the ball park (or keep it at $$$$ and make it for 1.5hr).

When I started up my buisness I charged a little less until I became well knowen, and deserved my higher price point.  Theese ladies do not have the "Rep" nor the product to justify thier price point.  Sorry Paris, but you were really reaching @ $350.00.  I for one really don't apprecaite it when someone tries to gouge me.  Count me out.  It's is a shame though.  I was really excited when I heard that a new agency was comming to town, and it was from one of Jack's girls.  Too bad his style of buisness didn't rub off on her.

ask about our frequent flier program...regulars will always get a price break.  Someone who comes once every six months won't, its that simple.  Sorry you guys did not understand that the first time.

Good point.  Her phone won't be ringing from me.  I'm just one of those blue-collar slobs who has to work hard for his money and can only afford to hobby a couple times a year.  I guess guys like me don't make the grade.

Always glad to see new hotties in TC. As far as price points, $$$.5 and higher are too high. I like (or feel obligated) to tip for good service so starting at $$$ I end up at the $$$.5 point as it is. I'll wait for the 8+ type performance reviews to roll in.

I'm a regular (pain in the ass to some) on the Phoenix board and have spilt thoughts on this. On one hand I agree completely on the issue of "price creep" and feel your pain {and yes we have way to many numbnuts and trust fund babies here}. On the other hand business is business and the free market system works over time.

Now if you havent ever met Paris dont get twisted until you do...then make your decision and write your review. In the words of a good friend here on the phoenix board "I'd pay $300 just to see her naked for an hour"...well for a bit more you can touch.

I will be straight up and ackowledge that I consider Jack a friend and knew him well in his former life as a hobbiest. He's an astute business man and runs a great shop. Paris actually started as a phone op for another agency before becoming one of the valleys true stars....she's a sharp cookie and I think she'll run a good ship.

My advice is simple, if your interested play the game....explore the frequent flyer program. If you dont get steller service for your coin say so where it counts....but my feeling is you'll end up like me...a very satisfied client with your own harem booking agent....gee can I trade you Paris for Jack....trust me, you dont want to see him naked

They can set their prices at whatever they want, and I don't see how their decisions are a "slap in the face" or an "insult" to the local community. Now, I do agree that anything over $$$1/2 is over the top for this market (local provider or traveling, it shouldn't make a difference).  But, while the previous posts seemed to be offering some genuine feedback and constructive criticism, I think your above phrases are a little overdramatic.  If you don't agree with their prices, don't see them.  It is as simple as that.

Yes they are sister companies but Jack does not have control of the loose cannon in MPLS.

Also are your travel costs any different than MC, Elete Conn, Gigi, Belledonna, Az Mystique, Sweeties or any other independent traveler?  I would guess NOT.

Ohhh we heard you loud and clear!! Seems to me that mntouchofclass is just a little greedy! If you were so excited to be part of the TC community you would not have come in with an introduction rate of $$$$ bills...and now we see you offering programs and price breaks.  A smart marketing program would have made that totally clear up front so that everyone would have understood. But these offers only came out after people spoke out about the inflated rate of mntouchofclass.  
The point still stands that even at the $$$75 level you are above market for what you have to offer. Really what do you have to offer to the average hobbiest out there that is any different I ask…
All the other agencies seem to understand the market conditions here in the Twin Cities and are willing to accept the market for what it is. But mntouchofclass you are only showing us that there is greed behind wanting to be part of the community. I am sure you feel this is all justified on your part. It tells me that you don’t want to be a true partner in the hobby community like everyone else. Your interest is to get the big bucks up front rather then to establish a working relationship with all of US in the TC.
Your sister relationship with Azmystique is a prime example of working with the community. I still remember when Jack first came to this city.  He showed us that he had something to offer us with outstanding women and outstanding service.. Ms Calli if anyone remembers… and his welcome to Azmystique price was $$$. Now that is smart marketing! Yes he took the rate up to $$$50 after that but he made it perfectly clear the first time around that he had something different to offer us and now you come in at this even higher rate and say you have something better???? I guess the proof will be in the pudding as they say….
I am going to go out on a limb here and make a prediction and it really isn’t much of a limb!!!  If the mntouchofclass standard rate stays at $$$75 you will see all of the agencies and indies go to higher rates as well that is a fact!!! And the ultimate tragedy will be that all the fine locals will see this as well and start to raise their rates.  Mntouchofclass if you really want to show us that you have the community in interest you will yet again rethink your pricing structure.

I have tried to contact mntouchofclass a couple of times over the last couple of days and have not heard anything back?? I will state for the record that I really do like Paris and think she is a hottie, I want everyone to know that this is not a personal attack on either one of the gals but the agency itself!!!

And I have always agreed with your statement "They can set their prices at whatever they want" I have also stated many times if you can't pay then don't play!! But I question their motives here???…the feedback is only being said because there was so much shock from the introductory price. If no one would have spoken then their $$$$ rate would have stood. Remember we are the market and we to some degree should be able to help determine far market worth… We all need to remember this is about business and I really hate to say that because that is not why I am here and when the business gets in the way all the fun goes away as well…If mntouchofclass had some class instead of greed we would not be having this conversation!! This greed is going to hurt all the hobbiest out there in the community. And everyone this is the time to speak up!! Would be nice to hear from some of those lurkers out there... this is going to really hurt!!!.. I will state this again if their standard rate stays where it is at….. WE ARE ALL GOING TO BE FEELING THIS IN THE POCKET BOOK!!  The market rate will increase in the TC at an accelerated rate… I have already heard the little Birds Chirping and I don’t like what I hear…

I think you are missing our point. So I will try to explain it another way.  When a new store opens and is new to an area.  They don't come to town and try to lure you to the store with promises for the future. They bring you in by having a grand opening special to give you a taste of what to expect in the future. In order to be a frequent flyer, you need to feel good about spending money to make the journey for the money.  You have no track record that would suggest that you are the ultimate in providers. If you had reviews like Jordan Kay (To name a provider from PHX. who many of us are familiar with), you might have a leg to stand on. Based on the feedback from my fellow hobbiest's,I think it's safe to say you would be best suited to try dropping to an introductory rate and then move from there.  You may find that with a reasonable price point you will do considerably more business and have MORE FREQUENT FLYERS than you know what to do with.

Yes and I could have been the first!..but with an unproven review history I was not willing to go there for the 375 that was offered. !! When will the guys that have seen this new gal be speaking up??? If such quality girls... where is the postive feedback....You made the comment that we will have quality ladies at a fair price. But this isn't fair to the TC market IMHO... I will say that I will be the first in line once you rethink your marketing but until then I will not be calling to make a booking... I have said everything that I can say and to those out there booking at 400 and the 375 ..there is better out there IMHO then mntouchofclass. Someone want to prove me wrong! Well, you will need to score some really really mind blowing reviews to maintain this price point in this town.  I for one have been able to maintain my hobby quite nicely at $$$ or less with the hottest and the best there is IMHO, both with locals and visitors.  But then, there are probably enough guys who actually want to spend more than they need to so have at it.  Market forces will decide.

Here Here!  I agree completely.  While it is their right to charge what they feel the market will bear - I, for one, feel that is a little on the steep side.  I will stay with the wonderful locals who charge reasonable rates - Hell, I am very happy with Alex, April, Bianca, Tuzdae, etc.!   Let the market decide if Paris needs to reduce rates or not.  When only a couple guys show up, there may be an adjustment.  I will be there if that happens.  I wish them the best, and if they can make it at that price point, good for them.

It's a shame, Bella is a knock-out.  I guess if there's no such thing as bad publicity, you've got it going.  I think we're pretty much in agreement.  There are some fantastic women around here who have proven quality and a fair price.  Doesn't look like we're seeing either from this new agency.

Regardless of your intent, the perception is that you are trying to gouge us.  When I am deciding whether to patronize a business, it's not the one that charges the most and seems to be trying to squeeze every last penny out of me that they can that I go with, even if they offer is well done.  I don't like feeling like nothing more than a walking wallet.  The places I patronize may not charge the highest amounts but they do provide superior products and services in a manner that show they really value my business and consequently I am more than happy to go back to such places again and again.  The same idea applies here IMHO.

If the $$$.75 price stands and other travelers and locals start migrating towards it, I think you will see a serious reduction in actvity by the hobbyists, whether it be in the form of choosing less pricey providers, participating less, or even just dropping out all together.  There are only so many discretionary dollars available to be spent on the ladies and I see nothing to indicate that pool of money is going up.
