One of the main reasons I joined TER was for the reviews so that I could spend my hobbying money wisely.  I do not mind TOFTT now and then but I would like to be able to share that information with other hobbyists.

I recently did that and wrote a review about the provider.  The review was not horribly negative but I wanted to get the info to my fellow hobbyists that services were over priced for what was delivered.  The review was denied and this is the reason I got for the denial.

     Hi,

     Thanks for submitting your review.

Unfortunately we are unable to post your review as it was just for a massage.

The Erotic Review is for reviews of a sexual nature.

We do not consider your massage review as a review of a sexual nature as no sex act was offered
to  you from the masseuse and she was fully clothed throughout the massage.

Which of course was the whole point of my review.   Do I have to flat out call it a rip-off to get published?    As far as I know, some of the services we receive in the hobby can be construed as not entirely lawful by some members of our LE community.  The provider did not directly offer any sexual services in her ad, but then again many of us are looking for some extras from our providers and appreciate the reviews published here to help in that.

So basically my question is; how do I get information to my fellow hobbyists which I consider valuable if we can't do reviews in the discussion boards and our reviews are rejected because the provider does not provide services of sexual nature?

If she advertised as delivering a service but didn't, post a link to her ad and out her.

If she is just a masseuse and you hoped to get some action but didn't, suck it up - it's not her fault you wanted what she didn't promise.

In my opinion, if she was advertizing as an escort, then its a rip-off clear and simple, and the review should be allowed under that circumstance I believe.  However, if she was advertising as just therapeutic massage, it would be highly inappropriate to have a review on this site or even a post.  The gray area are those that are listed as body rubs or erotic massage, etc.  I have seen reviews of those where there was at least a happy ending of some sort.

And then her next review a few months later shares a different experience during the reviewer's
second visit.  Personnaly I'd like to see a review of whatever did happen.  And if nothing
happened I'd like to hear that too.

Where there was nothing more than a massage offered and maybe the girl let the guy take care of himself at the end.  I think Ole has the right of it in that it depends on where the ad was.  If it was in an erotic situation then I would contact TER and ask for an explanation.
