Should you ever have the opportunity to see "In the Next Room" or "The Vibrator Play" be sure to jump on it ! (pun intended.)  I caught it at the Milwaukee Rep last weekend and it was a hoot!  I didn't have great expectations but it was quite entertaining.  It's about the use of vibrators in the late 1800's to treat women's "hysteria", a once common medical diagnosis, by bringing them to orgasm with what was then considered a clinical device.  The result was called "paroxysm."  The treatment was used for a number of ailments including "a tendency to cause trouble"  haha!
