A Creative Way to Make That Department Budget

Another thing to consider in 'prostitution' stings, is what the cops do with the money they rake in after they have set a provider up and have reeled-in the johns.  Do you know the financial payoffs on these stings!

How this happens:

(1) The cops find a provider to hunt down.

(2) One cop poses as the ‘john’ and goes to the call.

(3) *Provider gets busted and spends the next 7 or 8 hours playing the Happy Little Hooker with an almost swat-team contingent of vice sitting in with her while they wait mercilessly for the next ‘john’ to show up.

(4)  (I won’t spend time here talking about the sexual innuendos the vice engage in with the Happy Little Hooker [she's pretty cute; blonde hair, tight ass, and big tits.] Hell, someone had better have brought some beer to drink, too, because it is going to be a looooong night ahead [and yes, this is all true!] .)

(5) Hopefully the ‘john’ likes to do drugs because the Happy Little Hooker is going to ask him to bring her some.

(6) Provider charges $200.00 per hour, or as little as $150.00 as apparently this was the case a few days ago.  But for the sake of this discussion, let’s just say her hourly fee is $200.00.

(7) In the course of 7 or 8 hours, 20 men cum to her little web of deceit.

(8) Two-hundred dollars per hour x 20 = $4,000.00.  Now where do you think that money is going to go.

One provider.  One operation.  And hundreds more to go.

And what happens to Happy Little Hooker?

The provider has now set-up 20 men.  And they know it.  Granted, some of these men are going to walk away humiliated at the very least.  But let’s just say two of the men are pimps with extensive criminal histories.  And, they brought some really good cocaine with them so the Happy Little Hooker could party har-ty.  Now, in addition to soliciting, they’re facing felony drug charges.  And they are pissed.   Who do you think they are going to go after and/or have someone else go after.  Bye-bye Happy Little Hooker - you are dead.

But the department now has $4,000.00 to pay those vice officer's over-time for a job well done.

*She is going to get 'a deal' from the police for being a good actress, I mean, Happy Little Hooker.

The same way the FBI uses mafia busts for nice cars, watches, cash, for those that choose to go deep undercover -- the same way it will be used here.

Budgets are not effected by stings. Any added money is used to further investigations in the area (for the most part) the original illegal money was brought in.

Which can be anything from having cash on hand for undercovers, to securing fake identities via any type of verification system (Date-Check, P411, Etc.) Which cost money. Posting where it costs money, etc.

The cash obtained is not cycled into the department. It's recycled where costs are incurred to further more investigations.
