Planning is also hard for me because of my job, but there are few providers who I have seen previously who I will email last minute.  

I make it clear that I realize it likely isn't possible, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

There are also some providers who offer massage and FS. Several of them advertise massage on BP and if they post that day, there is a chance they are available.

What is the best way to approach having a small window of time to have some hobby fun and find someone?

I sometimes have breaks in my schedule at the last minute but fail to get in touch with anybody.

Like this afternoon for example...PM me if your open this afternoon.

Random though: I miss Bridget.

I suggest getting a P411 membership if you don't already have one.  They have an "available now" ad section that lets you see providers who are advertising same day availability.  Might be a good place to start.

And that when you call you will be trying for something last minute and whomever first answers or gets back to you is who you will see.  Hopefully, some are willing to try and work with you but it is still going to be hard to pull off.
