First off Happy Holiday's! Hope everyone was able to spend time with loved ones over the weekend.  I have been very busy with my special and as soon as I get an emails back from your past provider you will all be good to go!  I returned several emails tonight and followed up with past providers for those of you that are waiting.  If you have not heard from me, please send another email.... I am again sorry for the delay - will get you in as soon as I get you screened - I will honor my special whenever we do get together.  I was also out of town for a few days for the holiday which didn't help - thanks for your patience....really am looking forward to meeting you!
