I am from Atl.  We have a certain little "dance" we go through when visiting a massage/spa.  It involves discussing extras.  
In the local scene here, when a massage quotes a price does that include a happy manual release?  

If extras are requested, how is that discussed and what is the normal uplift.

up here you can always (hopefully) expect a happy ending with the massuses(sp) providing the happy ending.  ocassionally you have to do the manual ending yourself, which can rather bizzare (whacking off is a rather private thing up here, doing that while a cute, young twenty something girl watches can be embarrassing).  tipping ussually involves an extra fifty bucks or so for nude, or whatever.  if your lucky you can find girls who do the full service thing in addition to an A+ massage.  I've had unbelievable (10+)gorgeous asian woman give me the time of my life for less than $160.  these places are ussually getting busted and are only around for several months before there kicked out of town (or deported, i think thes girls are sex slaves)   good luck  and stay out of bloomington
