Don't you think the ad is pretty obvious about what its about?  The way I read it, you are going to ante 150 for who knows what - I'm guessing a lap dance and not a nude one either.  Then the upselling begins and pretty soon she has emptied your pockets to the tune of what would normally be the price of an upscale escort for an hour or more and you still aren't even close to a happy ending, let alone a full service session.
