411 members out there, do you understand how the absence of locations and folders  will work. I'm a 411 member mainly use it for references and occasional contacts. How will we know if visiting providers are in mn? How will we be able to add providers in 2019? If a provider gets out of the business, I guess we will contact her and no answer assume she's done. This is getting as bad as ter.

As of January 1, active members will retain the ability to search by location, members who let the membership lapse will not get that back if they renew.  Being able to communicate with providers will still go away as of January 1 so make sure you have the information you need to contact them outside P411 by then.

There is a Contact info section but I don't see email addresses in it.  Based on what I have heard, I think that entire section would be removed.  You should have gotten PMs from Gina with the updates on the changes that are coming and you can always PM her with any questions you have.
