If money was no object I would not be as concerned about finding the best provider.  There are several locals and travellers that would be fun to spend the time with.  

Instead I would spend the money on making it a unique experience.  Rent a limo for 2 hours and have fun there.  Or possible rent a suite at a fancy place downtown that has a Jacuzzi.  Make the encounter something special instead of trying to pick the best provider.
