1- Don't use fake or old pictures from when you were 18/19/20.  We will rip you on the reviews-> less customers.
2- Listen to your customers, aka cash boss.
3- A little make up goes a long way.
4- Shower between customers.
5- Let the customer dictate the conversions. Most guys just wants to fuck, pay, leave or pay, fuck, leave and we do not want to hear your stories about how hard your life was and you had to turn to tricks to make a living.

1.  Send an email complete with a small introduction, screening information, and references.
One-Liner emails are most likely to be ignored as are those without so much as a first name.
An example of what NOT to send:  "Hay, u avail now"

I rarely post, but I have been reading your stupid comments for so long, I just can't take it anymore.  Didn't your Mother teach you that you should treat people the way you would like them to treat you? It is every single day, sometimes, multiple times a day, that providers read on this hobby board how the men here really see them and what they really think of them.  In all honesty, most guys here are wonderful and kind. But, there are a handful who continually say insulting, mean-spirited and hurtful things to and about providers.  The providers that I know personally and have met are smart, educated, sexy, beautiful, heart warming, tender women.  Women who have big, compassionate hearts.  Hearing the same old nasty comments by a few guys wears on us.  Jillian is human.  I am human.  Providers are human.   We feel.  In all honesty, we have to feel in order to do what we do.  

The validity of everything you say in your post is tainted by your attitude and disrespectful nature.
I can actually agree with a lot of what you said but not so amazingly most of the ladies I have seen do not need a lesson from you as how to run their business.  
Why not try to be a little respectful for a change and maybe someone besides one or two others will actually admit to agreeing with you on things.
Or is it that you just enjoy being a TROLL.

Could not agree more.  My advice if you have a beef with someone take it up with them privately. If you want to make this a board people want to participate on  and  relevant . Name calling and disparaging posts serve no useful purpose to furthering our enjoyment   together IMO

Truly, not all men deserve the title of a gentleman.  Some of them even deserve to be called a spade when they are a spade.  

I'm not sure why people comment to this Talon.  He seems to be a very lonely fellow who without a keyboard in front of him would probably get no attention whatsoever.  Just ignore him as you would the passing of gas from someone walking past you on the street.  Same premise.

you my boy are in need of human relation skills. I don't know why you even see these gals by listening to your comments by certainly understand why you have to pay for it. These women are providing us services that some men need and enjoy yes the sex is great but many men also enjoy their conversation, wit ,charm and their varied stories. The 'ignore' selection has spared me much of what Wong writes since I find too much of it personal attacks and name calling. That's not sharing ideas or information, it's just mean, does service to no one and shuts down contribution. Having said that, his post was really good minus the parts where he feels it necessary to defend or justify himself.

Doubtful.  Most of us figured out a long time ago that your hobbying strategy is one that is likely to produce a lot of bad results.  You on the other hand don't seem to grasp that.

The Talon topic...get over it people.  Vorlon have you even bothered to talk to the guy?  I have.  Early on I sent him some info about who robbed him.  Wow...what a nice thing to do so he could get some closure or do whatever he wanted to do with the info...I've talked to him over time.  Not regularly (Talon please chime in) and increasingly little as of the last maybe 9 months.  Talon PM'd me today and I answered.  I have what I consider friends on the board and in hobby life and I have what I call people I will respond to and yes Talon is one.  I've posted my reason why.  End of my thoughts on Talon.  He is the sum of what you think Vorlon from my experience talking with him.  But...you and the majority are WEAK for not interacting with him.  I say idiots but you will all respond with your opinions which I find funny....

My question has nothing to do with whether or not I can handle such language.  I've been called far worse by people I actually know.  Nor does it have anything to do with censorship, something I have no power to do anyway as you well know.  Maybe there's a double standard.  Maybe there isn't.  Maybe I'm just better at knowing when I've rattled TER's chain enough that next they will decide to yank mine in return.  And yes, I am aware you have been on the receiving end of more than a few posts with one degree or another of derogatory language.
