Well, I know that the 305 has a really bad rep (which is why I use an 877 number....my cell is a 305).  786 is also a Miami/Dade county area code.  It is most always a cell phone from Dade/Miami area.  

Some girls that do not travel often do not realize that is has such a bad rap.  I tour constantly so I knew that people associate it with a ROB or B&S .  

It is definitely worth a little research.  I used a 305 number for a long time and I am far from a ROB well maybe a little of the B but no R or O lol.  Not all 305 or 786 numbers are bad.  Although, if they do not have any reviews on TER or the other board caveat emptor.  Keep in mind that in South Florida they use a local board that isn't associated with the big 2.

If she doesn't have any reviews on either, email her and ask her if she has reviews anywhere. Most of the girls down here will direct you to the local venue since it is the only place that they usually advertise.

The information you provided is valuable as always.  Could you tell us, however, the name of the board used in south florida.  I for one like that a lot of the independents from florida come to Mpls but it would be nice to know the good from the bad.
