what is their review history, scoring pattern, do they tell the truth, are they consistent, how do they review people I have reviewed. It's a long list.
And then half the time I pay no attention to reviews at all, go on my own instincts and research elsewhere, allow myself to be swayed by pretty pictures (if I can verify them), and about half of that time I'm right

I would say 50% is not good odds. We need reviews to see who is good or not, so us (who are spending alot of money to see these ladies) don't ripped off ourselves.
  It is interesting though that around 5 of the top ladies from 2-3 years ago have totally delisted, wonder how they even get bookings anymore but a few of them I know do not have the best reputations anymore, thats probably why they went bye bye.

In order of priority;

I think snafu is right on.  I am an old guy so I add age to find over 35 gals who give a good bbbj and aren't super expensive.
