...with a disability. The proposition would have changed once the mark had agreed to meet for sex with the decoy. The decoy would change the scenario and propose that he might enjoy a duo with the imaginary mom and her deaf underage daughter. It's the same for the others, too. The ads were not for  meeting with an underage girl. The ad hosting site doesn't allow ads for underage solicitations and would have reported such an ad to the the LE authorities after removing it themselves.

Say what you will with regards to LE on this one.  Personally i think its great they are finally focusing on pedophiles and trafficers (from what i hear anyway) instead targeting otherwise legal concenting adult hobbyists and providers.  Just my 2 cents.

A constitutional lawyer and also the ACLU would easily be able to argue that their client was profiled and arrested solely based on what race he wasn't and the case would be dismissed. I am a transracial man. If arrested under these circumstances just because I look like, act like and have always checked the Caucasian box on my Census questionaire, I would declare FOUL! you are a 100% right and I couldn't have explain it better. we can thank our female senator for the gravy train of money for stings.  Keep in mind uncle leo is developing new tricks all the time this is probadly the tip of the iceberg, so do your homework and stay one step ahead of LE.

Very good point w/regards to cigarettes.  I almost fell for it twice in Bloomington.  I'm almost 100% that it was a sting after she asked for me to buy cigarettes for her. The second time, I fucking knew it was a sting and I played and wasted almost the whole day w/Bloomington PD.

 It works like this:  
 A man sees an ad for an adult woman that appeals to him. He contacts the ad and sets up a date with someone who he thinks is an adult woman but, in reality, doesn't exist...it's a decoy. They text, call or email and when the guy says he's on his way over, the decoy calls him and aks' him to pick up a pack of cigarettes for her because she's not quite legal yet, in fact, she's just shy of 17. The guy isn't thinking straight and thinks, I probably shouldn't but if she's OK with it, I guess I am, too.  
   
 The scenario continues...  
 The guy shows up at the incall with the door left ajar. She calls out from the bathroom to just leave the money on the table. He does. The SWAT team bursts into the room and does a Freddie Gray on him. They get him to admit that he was once a tiddly bit turned on when he first say Kirsten Dunst in 'Interview With a Vampire'. AHA! We've got ourselves a boner fide sex prevert! Let's fry his ass!!  
   
 So now LE can boast that they're making strides in addressing underage prostitution. Yet, since they're unable to come up with real life situations, they invent them...with imaginary decoys...with imaginary ages...with an implausible scenario...(hey, I'm an adult but do you mind if we include my underage hearing impaired daughter? Or, how about we include my geriatric mum with Parkinson's disorder. Put your dick in her lotioned hand and it's better than any vibrator!) Makes for sensational tabloid journalism but hardly reflects a believable reality.  
   
 Now, LE can't find real life exploitive people to bust but they, instead, make shit up to justify their means to an end. They claim that there's a real problem with underage activity, yet they can't come up with enough real life situations to support this hypothesis so they make shit up to support it. In the scientific community, folks who do this are quickly unveiled, the researchers' credentials invalidated, they lose their credibility and they end up being shunned by their peers. Unfortunately, this isn't the case in the LE community; quite the opposite. In the LE community one is recognized and applauded for creative statistics which share little relevance to reality. Each time a bust is made by imaginary decoys luring innocent men to commit crimes in their head, which are never really carried out in real life, LE adds this to their data base of unspeakable sexual crimes that need special Federal and State anti-trafficking funds to successfully thwart when, in reality and practicality, very, very few of these crimes can ever be documented. In the end , it's all Bullshit!!

I can't believe the charges will even stick.

And of course this tactic doesn't rescue a single person whose actually being trafficked.  But lets not lose sight of the fact that these guys are accused of being willing to go through with it when told the provider was underage.

Newspapers...especially as it relates to LE articles.
