Without personality there is no third ... fourth ... fifth ...

I am reminded of an old cartoon in Playboy magazine.  An old geezer had rubbed a lamp and a beautiful genie appears to grant him three wishes.

He, of course, wishes for three hard-ons.

That joke becomes less funny to me with each passing year.

For example if I were to see a fella. It might look like this!
1. His Bio - the written word. aka personality 2. Looks 3. Body 4. Price 5. Age

1. Age. 2. Bio/personality determined as best I can from website, blogs, Twitter, P411, etc.  3. Looks.  4. Review content and consistency.  5. Price vs. services offered.  Having said that, looks can sometimes be what attracts me if I happen to see her picture before anything else.  However, after that jump start I go back to my stated 5 step due diligence to see if I want to take it further by contacting her.

for me, choosing a provider includes the 3 Ls -- (1) looks, (1) looks, (1) looks, followed very closely by (2) skills/sexual intelligence about her partner, and (2) her ability to enjoy her work/sexual intelligence about herself.

When considering seeing a provider for the first time;

1-I look at her photos.  Overall appearance in important, but I do not have any one feature that is a deal breaker.  

2-The second thing I look for would be Availability, and what geographic areas she works in.  If her schedule does not match mine their is no reason to research any farther.  

3-I always look for reviews.  I will sometimes see a woman without reviews (If I can determine that she is legit and not a rip off), but bad reviews can be a deal breaker.  

4-What services does she offer, and does it match what I am looking for.  

5-Would be contacting her and inquiring about her either by E-mail or phone.  A simple inquiry about her.  If she does not answer or if something about her answer seems amiss, I will move on.  But if everything seems fine, I will schedule an appointment with her at this time.

I think you pointed out a very good thing to look for : whether the lady enjoys her work or not. This factor I believe is more important than age, because a provider can enjoy her work and still be young. I know a few who are young but horny sluts who truly enjoy sex. This can happen at any age! Their age shouldn't automatically be a deal breaker.... just saying Luckily reviews are a good way to see if the lady is into it or not. I do understand some guys don't want to see girls their daughters age so this is not about personal preference, just saying again that age doesn't always equate bad service.

1)  Appearance.  I am a visual creature like a lot of guys.  My sexual attractions run towards younger women with pretty faces and nice breasts (not too large, not too small, overall shape and appearance is more important).
2)  Services.  I do prefer providers that kiss and offer BBBJ to completion
3)  Rate.  Needs to be in line with her appearance and services (by my standards of course) and at a certain point the rate does become too high for me regardless.
4)  Reviews.  What's it like to be with her, particularly if something jumps out at me as being particularly appealing or even the opposite.  I don't necessarily know what I am looking for here but I will know it when I read it.
5)  Personality.  Probably not that important for a first visit unless something unpleasant jumps out in which case there won't be a second one (or a first one depending on when I find out about it) but I have found it is the biggest reason why I see some providers over and over again and others only rarely.

Wow, the way a decision comes together for me is too "messy" to really distill down to a list.

Just like when you are hiring an employee for instance, there are two kinds of criteria...  The "must haves" and the subjective preferences.  For many of us the "must haves" would revolve around things like schedules, incall vs. outcall. and price.  If a guy is an incall-only guy, or a daytime-only guy, etc, that will strongly shape his preferences.

That said, for me, it's really using the bios, reviews, pics, and their postings in unison to "formulate" a picture in my head of the provider's personality and motivation.  I really only seek out providers based on two criteria...

1.  Is this mostly a job to pay the bills, or, is some part of this a genuine expression of the provider's own sexuality?

2.  I tend to seek out providers for whom nurturing, healing, pleasing another is an innate need.
