The one you posted is not very good.  There are many more with a wider variety of photo editing options.

Personally, I don't like the "blurred" photos. I would rather the woman use other ways to protect her identity. Looking the other way, hair obscuring face or even a mask or other "prop" is better

I just crop it out,  if they want to see the full picture I'm happy to oblige.
