This place is a joke. Horrible customer service. I was very interested in meeting one of the women but the screener was an ass. Stay away from this place.
In regards to michman80 he said very sexual explicit words which are a no-no as anyone in this hobby knows and he also was very rude and perhaps drunk or had been drinking. I had a similar experience as michman80's and no, I wasn't drunk or used profane language. I set up an appointment with Amina 1 week in advanced for 10am today (8-July-2009). A little before 8am, I emailed the mgr/screener to make sure the booking was still good. After several hours of short, curt emails, I was informed that Amina had slept through the appointment. I exchanged nearly a dozen emails with the mgr/screener and around 10:30am Amina finally did call me. She promised to call me right back when she was ready. I waited nearly 1 hour, then emailed the mgr/screener. This place is a joke for sure. First, the mgr/screener said that Amina couldn't host, but when I finally got a hold of her (I used caller ID) on the phone she said she could host but needed approval from her mgr and that she would call me back. Hours passed. It wasn't until some time after 2pm that the mgr emailed me saying it was my fault for not hooking up with Amina. He/she/it never apologized for anything. He/she/it even admitted that they had "flaky" escorts. He/she/it was rude in the emails and Amina sounded 'spaced-out' on the phone. I would stay away from this company, as they do not have any customer service to speak of! And they do not honor advanced bookings. No apologies were ever offered or any type of "we'll make it up to you" offered. Instead, they put the blame on me!!! I was very disappointed. Unprofessional to say the least.
dougsr5 lied about his name during the screening process and lashed out at our admin department. Our site clearly states we will cancel your appointment if you are rude/drunk. Those who refuse to be screened are automatically rejected as well. Yes he booked in advance and he was told the day of she could not host. HE had HER number yet blamed US for her unavailability. Of course we would not 'make it up' to someone that behaves this way yet we wish him success and will give a 25% discount if he decides to treat us and our ladies as a gentleman.

You're version of this history is not based on actual facts. Regarding having the Strumpet's phone number, I only got that from my caller ID, the day of the appointment, after she called me at 10:30am - 30 minutes after the 10am schedule!
I note here that you're evading taking responsibilty for your Strumpet missing the appointment. Are you denying that she slept through it? As for behaving a certain way, I think waiting nearly 4 hours for the 10am appointment is more than patient and respectful.
Your Strumpet promised to call me two times, but never did. I was only able to get a hold of her once that day, and that was when she said she needed to call her manager to get approval to host. I never did hear back from her.
You would do your company better service by implementing a modicum of customer service. If not, you can expect to start seeing more and more customer complaints on these types of boards.
Shes a grown woman this is not slavery and you had her number. If she missed the appointment for ANY reason thats her choice and yes sir you did lash out. Name calling is lashing out and you did give us two different names. Its past history we offered an olive branch you didnt accept so move on and enjoy the gift of life.
Well, sir/ma'am, you do represent Amina, and presumably the Strumpets business, don't you? If yes, then you do indeed share culpability with regards to Amina's behavior in sleeping though the appointment that I made with her and her never calling me back after I was able to reach her by phone. In your emails to me, you stated several times that you would be contacting her to find out what was going on and then relay that info to me. That took 4 hours and the information was in conflict from what she told me over the phone to what you stated in your emails.
As for name calling, your attempt at reconstructing this history is futile, for I did not lash out or name call. I did express very clearly that I was upset at having to wait 4 hours and never getting a response from Amina. I think any other sane person reading this thread would agree that waiting for 4 hours is excessive in this type of business. If you continue to hold onto this falsehood, then I challenge you to produce this "lashing out" and "name calling" evidence.
As for enjoying life, I am doing quite well in this area, for I have found a much better escort service (two actually) that doesn't have, to use your term about your girls, "flaky" escorts. Life is too short to be wasting it on your company, waiting for your flaky girls to contact clients.
No offer of an olive branch of any size will bridge the gap between customer expectations and your poor customer service. This offer came way too late in our client/business relationship. If you had applied even 50% of this effort during our first email exchanges, we would not be here posting in this thread. You seemed all too happy for me to go elsewhere - which is exactly what I did. So, I do thank you for suggesting that I find another service. It was very easy to do! You have many competitors in this area and at the rate I see you going, you won't be in business very much longer, unless you improve your attitude and how you interact with your clients, but that's just my opinion. You run your business anyway you see appropriately, for I share no interest in its success.
