I have heard of agencies doing that. You sign their waiver and pay xxx$ to talk.
I haven't heard of indie providers doing that, but more then likely the scenario will be the same.

You should NEVER sign anything in the hobby. No good can come of it.

Anyone ever heard of a provider requiring a new client to sign a waiver form that they are not LE before she will see them?
