Not wanting to just put a question out there and run away. My continued scholarship on this point seems to indicate Southfield. Many escorts indicate "Detroit" and that is so useless for my purposes.

Ann Arbor is now a good choice as it has been basically decriminalized. The county Prosecutor is no longer prosecuting prostitution cases.
