Hey dudes!  Thought that I had posted this earlier, but it hasn't shown up.  

Does anyone have any info on this provider?  She is in Vegas, but stated that she was from Michigan originally.  I don't know if she was a provider in your parts, but if you have any info on her, please PM me.  Thanks for any 411.
