So I'm new to this and i just wanted some advice - 2 ads on backpage (below) have gone through the same routine.

1. I reply to a post for a dominatrix / spanking session
2. They set up an appointment with me
3. Once I confirm they say "I need you to put down a deposit before we meet, so that i know you are coming and i can reserve your time for you"

at this point i give up because i think it's a scam - has anyone seen these ads or does anyone just have any words of wisdom?  should i give it a shot, the link for Debauchery Detroit looks fairly legit, but i dunno
