Made an appointment. Showed up. No lady. Finally got en email saying she had a family emergency; apologized profusely. Made a tentative appointment for the following Tuesday. When I emailed her on Monday to confirm, never got an answer and haven't since. Why would a provider do that?
Im just guessin', but I think it's a viable explanation (unless you know precisely what the emergency was)

Whatever her first "emergency" was could've been serious enough to make her go under the radar and/or cool it for a while in the business. Just a thought.
