Yes I have and think they are a great way to get to know each other. More like a real date but better because you both know what is going to happen later. You are more relaxed no need to try to impress her with BS to get her naked. She will. lol

Definitely better - you don't have to worry about whether the night will end well. Plus it's nice to have an excuse to go to a restaurant.

I had the pleasure of meeting a provider for a great GFE experience that ended up with having a mid day lunch with her afterwards.   Our visit went so well that she acepted my lunch date after banging our brains out and lunch was the most sexiest and enjoyable lunch ever.

Yes, regularly...but I only scheduled them with my ATFs (2 very select providers over 8 years)....These dates always go well because they are dates....I dont set up this kind of appt with just anyone...I set up these appts because I want to have dinner with a particular provider who I know and have seen multiple times previously....These appts are not about sex...they are about taking my ATF out for they evening....but that's me....
