Among others, symbols are no longer permitted in ad headers:

"Ads with subject lines including symbols or anything other than words and parenthesis will be denied. Here are some examples of what is NOT allowed in the subject line of your ad:`'•.¸o°•★o°••♥•~o*X*X*o—————¯`·._.·☆|:::♥ ♥."
