You've been given bad information. Mexico recently increased the penalties and stepped up enforcment. This past year there have been several mongers arrested in TJ for doing what you want to do.

Under the "corruption of minors" law what you're talking about is a serious felony for which you'll do years in a Mexican prison.  (And you'll be lucky to come out alive.  As in the US, child molesters aren't popular in Mexican prisons.)

Besides...it isn't the right thing to do.  Please think about it.
