It's been difficult to find reviews, and it's tough to tell reputable websites from the ones that might not be. Any suggestions on the best places to look would be welcome, as well as specific ladies. I noticed the Pleasure Principle (seems pricy for Mexico, but looks pretty legit).
My preference is young spinner types. Any thoughts? Pili has my attention, but interested in others.

Why don't you book an escort from a reputable Tijuana escort agency and fly her to Can Cun? I for one, am willing to cut you a nice deal on a multi-day date.
There is a "zona tolerance" in Cancun. It will cost you a round trip cab fare and some wait time. The Zona there is nothing like Tijuana and you might be disappointed. I did meet a spinner there and after going to the room with her I made arrangements for her to come to my resort the next day. Prices are reasonable but not as friendly as TJ.
