Now, this is something you don't see too often -- a provider asking for tips on what to see & do in TJ.  Well, Tayjon, there are numerous websites about the Tijuana tourist experience.  Most suggest not driving into Mexico but rather parking on the U.S. side and walking across the border.  You could also take the trolley which drops you off twenty yards from the border crossing.

Once inside Tijuana, follow the tourists walking to downtown (Centro) or take a cab.  You will see a very large arch -- just keep walking toward it.  Once you are under the arch, you can turn left onto Revolution and do the Tourist Thing -- walk up and down Revolution practicing saying "No, Gracias" to all the come-ons.

Or better yet, once you get to the arch, keep going one block and then turn right onto Constitution.  You will enter the famed Tijuana red light district, commonly called La Zona, Zona Norte, or Coahuila.  Go 1/2 block and turn left into "the Alley" -- the heart of La Zona.  Talk to some of the chicas.  (You know any Spanish?)  Check out the bars.  You should at least pop your head into Hong Kong and Adelita's.

For more information, just type "Tijuana coahuila" into any search engine.

Hope You Have A Great Time!

P.S. If you have more time, you could take a cab to Rosarito, Calafia, or Porto Nuevo (sp?), but that will cost you at least $20 to $30 each way.  Being on the ocean, they are much prettier locations than downtown Tijuana.
