Julia of Hottijuana.com No-Show

I had a recent appointment with Julia of Hottijuana.com.  I was at the agreed-on place 15 minutes early and waited an hour.  She never showed.  No message or email when I got home.  I sent her a polite email expressing disappointment and my hope that she was all right but I haven't heard from her.  There are about a million things that might have happened, some of which are legit and most of which are not, but it looks like I'm not going to find out which thing it was.  I hate having to write something negative about such a well-reviewed provider, but there is a certain duty to the TER community to share new information, good or bad.  If I hear from her (which I don't expect) I'll pass on what she says.

She has been out of town (gone from TJ) for about a week.

A few questions come to mind:

1.  Was is truly a confirmed appointment?
2.  Did you give her your cell phone number?
3.  Are you sure you were in the right place?
4.  Do you know what she looks like?
5.  Did she know what you look like or were wearing?
6.  Has it been a few days since you last sent her the email?

I talked with her by phone today and she seemed to be fine but I had not seen this email yet.

It will be interesting to hear about this from her perspective.

About 2 weeks ago she said she was going on vacation.  She must be back if she scheduled and did a no show.

1) Yes.
2) No.  I would have if she had asked for it.  She had my home number and email and could certainly have left or sent an explanation, if only after the no-show, in which case I would not have posted.
3) Yes.
4) Yes.
5) Yes, both.  In exhaustive detail.
6) No.  Confirmation emails went back and forth the previous night for an early morning appointment.
Lastly, see the San Diego board for an explanation posted by a third party which may or may not be true but which, if true, strikes me as an example of the non-legit reasons/explanations for a no-show.  I'm not likely to have much more to say about this.

I am sorry but I do not believe that this was not a confirmed appointment.

Please send me an email using TER so that we can talk about this.  I delete all my email right away so I don't have any way to look up the history of this.

(this email was written with the help of my american friend because my english is not very good).

Here is her side of the story:

1.  No, it was not a confirmed appointment.
2.  A cellular number does not do any good unless it is a confirmed appointment, but he had not given her one.
3,4 & 5.  Yes, but it is a mute point without a confirmation.
6.  She does not remember your follow-up letter.

Here is how I see this situation:

Confirmed means that the provider says it is confirmed, not the guy who is wanting the appointment!  It is understandable that an american guy will think that the appointment is confirmed with a TJ chica when in fact, she does not think so.   All of you who have successfully met with one of the chicas in TJ knows what I am talking about.

Given that she has posted some of the best scores among any provider on either side of the border, I find it hard to believe that she is irresponsible nor a no-show kind of provider.

It is difficult being at the top (for example, Anna) because you have to be perfect.  In this situation, consider that you are dealing with someone who does not speak english, and that her spanish is a foreign language as well.

What is not being talked about here are all the guys who no-show her at the confirmed time and place......I think the score is about 5:1 now.  Unfortunately she has no way to know what their TER names are so that she can post about them the same way.

Hmmm, maybe that is a good suggestion, to have new clients contact her through TER email......

Just my observations......and yes, I too, have waited for a TJ escort on the sidewalk for far longer than I should have.

Many people on this board has a VIP account, so I don't see sending e-mail through TER as being practical.  I would also suggest that it is prudent to wait a few days before deleting
e-mails.  Finally, I think we've all had suffered on occasion from miscommunications.
