I have heard the same, and I can attest to the same.

a) the really good girls (in terms of looks and performance) are either waiting for things to liven up or are working in other cities (Mazatlan, Acapulco) because the money is better over there, or are planning to go after the elections.

b) it's mostly the "junior varsity" team out there right now, and they are not getting any action

If the girl is needy enough for $$ you may be able to haggle a better price, but then again the selection of girls has gone down.
Friday nites it's usually barely able to pass by, but now the zone has a lot lighter traffic in all the clubs.
