I will be in Rosarito most of this week and and over the weekend. I would love to have a little fun but do not wish to drive back to the border to do so. Where should I look in Rosarito to have some female fun

There is very little to do when it coems to the sex scene in Rosarito. There are like 2 or 3 strip clubs. One is called Chikas and beer but not sure what the others are called. Just ask the local taxi guys and they can further assist you. IMHO you are better off taking the 15 to 20 min trip north to TJ.
Rosarito is for touristas, overpriced hotels and bad beaches not to look for hookers.

I agree with Milkster. The most boring week I've spent was a night in Rosarito. It is definitely worth the 20 min drive back up to TJ for fun.
