There are indeed two sides to most issues.  Over the years I've heard some escorts complain about the owner of their website and/or agency.  

However--according to the escorts/former escorts I know--usually when an escort stops "escorting" it isn't because of problems with managment.  Usually it is because they got married, pregnant, or some other less dramatic reason. Often it is simply because they're tired of being a "puta."

(Many mongers fail to understand that being a "puta" is something most chicas dislike and hence want to find a difference way of supporting themselves.)

Q: Whats it take to get fired as an escort?
A: There are lots of reasons.  Examples:

--Not showing up for appointments.
--Cutting out the agency and dealing directly with clients.
--Inconsistance services.  (Only sometimes providing GFE sessions.)
--Stealing from clients.
--Not paying the agency their comission.

I have no idea why she was fired.  But no doubt there was a reason.  (Which most often is being a "no show" or cutting out the agency.)
